Achievior respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This Copyright Policy outlines our procedures for addressing claims of copyright infringement.
1. Protection of Achievior Content
All materials, including simulated job requirements, certification pathways, dynamic dashboards, audio analysis reports, text prompts, graphics, and logos, are copyright of Achievior Corporation. Unauthorized duplication, modification, or sharing of these materials is strictly prohibited.
2. User Content & Intellectual Property
By uploading resumes or speaking into the mock interview recorder, you retain ownership of your primary data. However, you grant Achievior a limited, secure, non-exclusive license to process and translate your submissions solely to compute your performance analysis and insights.
3. Reporting Copyright Infringements
If you believe that any content hosted on the Achievior platform violates your copyright, you may submit a formal notification to our copyright agent. Your notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Contact details, including an address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.
4. Counter-Notifications
If you believe your content was removed in error due to a misidentified copyright claim, you may submit a counter-notice containing your explanation, signature, and contact information to copyright@achievior.com.
