Free plan provides 6 turns per session. Sprint plan (₹299/7 days) unlocks HR/Technical rounds and 20 turns. Plus plan (₹799/30 days) and Pro Plus plan (₹1,999/30 days) unlock advanced analytics, leadership mock rooms, and higher turns.

To secure performance metrics and prevent credential sharing, accounts are locked to a single active browser session at a time.

You can manage your subscription from the Profile page. Click "Upgrade Subscription" to view available plans, or contact our support team to cancel or downgrade your current plan.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you're unsatisfied within the first 7 days, raise a support ticket and our team will review your request promptly.

Your score is calculated based on content relevance, communication clarity, confidence level, use of filler words, and how well you structure your answers. Each factor is weighted to give you a comprehensive performance score out of 100.

Achievior supports practice across 35+ skills including Communication, SQL, Python, JavaScript, Machine Learning, Leadership, Problem Solving, System Design, and many more. You can select up to 5 skills to focus your sessions on.

Challenges are goal-based activities you can adopt to improve specific skills. Once you complete a challenge, you earn XP points and unlock a badge displayed on your profile. Challenges require a Sprint, Plus, or Pro Plus subscription to adopt.

Absolutely. Your interview data, transcripts, and personal information are securely stored and never shared with third parties. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data at rest and in transit.

Yes! Achievior supports English, Hindi, and Hinglish. You can set your preferred language during onboarding or update it anytime from your profile settings. The AI interviewer will adapt to your chosen language.

Go to your Profile page and click "Edit Profile". You'll find a resume upload option at the bottom of the form. Supported formats are PDF, DOC, and DOCX. Your resume helps the AI tailor interview questions to your experience.
